Enjoy the modern comforts of a newly-built bed and breakfast in beautiful County Tipperary at Abbey View. With elegant en-suite bedrooms, a cosy lounge and exceptional panoramas of Keeper Hill, guests can truly relax. Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am, the tempting menu includes the full Irish as well as delicious homemade waffles and smoked salmon scones. Just 1.2km from the busy town of Nenagh, visitors can take a guided tour of Nenagh Castle, enjoy walking, cycling, golf, and excellent fishing on Lough Derg. After a day’s activity, indulge in one of the town’s many cafes, restaurants and pubs. 

How to get here

Abbey View is three minutes drive from the new M7, taking Exit 24, follow the signs for Nenagh (R445). Abbey View is situated on the left before the Abbey Court Hotel. If coming from the town centre, pass Abbey Court Hotel on your right, Abbey View is situated 1.2km on right.If  approaching from the Limerick side DONT take Exit 26 or Exit 25 follow as above.

What a lovely B&B. Siobhan is so very welcoming. The rooms are so comfortable and breakfast was amazing! Roxy the puppy, made my day with lots of cuddles.

Our 3 nights with Siobhan were wonderful! A great "base" location for day trips of Ireland! Her breakfasts were delicious and filling. A beautiful home and her pup Roxie was so sweet too! We would definitely stay with her again.

Could not recommend this lovely bed and breakfast more , everything was perfect. Siobhan was lovely and made us an amazing breakfast.

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Siobhan. La chambre était grande, propre et joliment décorée. La literie excellente et la salle de bain impeccable. Siobhan est une hôte très accueillante, attentive et très conviviale. Il y a dans la chambre les diverses info bien utiles pour tout (resto,balades,visites des alentours,...) Elle propose un super petit déjeuner. Il y a un parking derrière la maison. Siobhan, vous êtes une hôte formidable à l'image de votre beau pays, ne changez rien et si l’envie vous prend de venir en France, ce sera avec plaisir.
