Warm and nice welcome. Delicious breakfast. We only spent one night but we did enjoy our stay. We had dinner at the Tavern. A very nice place proposed by our hostess. We recommend this B and B. Thank you Mary. Christian and Carmen

Really close walking to Croagh Patrick mountain, good view from dining room, room a bit small but quiet Host knowlageable of surroundings and received good ''what to do tips in and around Westport'' Although we were at the end of the ''tourist'' season , the owners were very hospitable.

We had the great displeasure to learn at our arrival that she had made overbooking and that our room was not available for us ! We had planned our trip early so that we could choose where we would stay so imagine our stupor when she informed us we had to go elsewhere for the night ! According to Mary, as she had found something else for us, she did not have to bother calling us in advance to tell us that the plans had change ... Sorry but, even if the lady that hosted us for the night was very nice and sorry for us, her b&b was definitely not on the same level and we were shocked to have paid the same price for different services. I would not recommend booking in this B&B as you will not be sure to stay in it in the end. At our arrival, we have been facing a fait accompli. Mary just told us that we had to go to the other B&B and we could not know more or speak with her. It was rude and not professional at all.

Hello Solene, I am very sorry you felt that way. It happens sometimes that we get overbooked.. and i did explain that to you . I did find you an alternative B&B just beside me and hoped that was ok with you . Again apologies the distress we caused and hope you had better experience on your travels around Ireland.

Mary is a lovely and welcoming hostess. Our accommodations were nice and the bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our Ireland vacation. The breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner at The Tavern which is a very short walk from the B&B. It was an absolutely delicious meal and I highly recommend the seafood pasta.

Mary was a wonderful hostess and the breakfasts were awesome! She provided walking sticks for our climb up Croagh Patrick and those came in very handy. We had a delightful stay and would return again when we come back to Ireland and the Westport area. Our room was very spacious.
