My family and I had a wonderful stay in Geraldine and Sean's beautiful home in Cavan. Our time here was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the countryside. Geraldine and Sean's home is beautiful and inviting. We all had a great nights sleep, delicious breakfast and felt like we were part of the family. Even the donkeys and their dog Elvis were friendly.

I cannot imagine a lovelier place - it was totally idyllic: hosts - Geraldine and Sean, the accomodation, and the view, all made for a perfect stay. 10 star at least!

Eonish House is a wee bit hard to find but don’t be deterred by this. It is said that difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations and this is certainly the case with this lovely B and B. The hosts are most welcoming. Sean sat with us and had many interesting stories. Geraldine prepares a delicious breakfast and has a wealth of stories as well. As if this wasn’t enough, beyond is the magnificent beauty of the surrounding area. Very peaceful and tranquil. The tree lined road, the donkeys, the swans on the lake- were all so unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. Hope to return someday.

We had an excellent time at the Eonish Lodge. Geraldine and Sean were some of the best and most friendly people that we met in Ireland during our visit. We would definitely recommend their B&B to anyone. The place is nice and the surroundings are breathtaking.
