Mary was a great host for our visit to Killarney. The house is in a great location to walk into town or to visit the sights. Rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a great time! p.s. Roxie the dog is very friendly!

Our first B & B in Ireland and she set the bar. Mary is a wealth of knowledge on the area. It is a short walk to the center of town. Our room was huge, beds comfortable. A perfect base to explore from . Don't miss Mulkross House, go early in the day, and plan to spend more than a few hours.

Killarney is my favorite place in all of Ireland and staying at Mary's Carranross B&B just added to that. Mary is so warm and welcoming, you'll think you've known her for years. Thanks you Mary for making us four ladies feel like a home away from home for three nights.

Stayed at Mary's for 3 nights, we had a wonderful stay. Mary was very helpful in getting tours setup and even driving us to the bus pick-up when the van came too early and we weren't ready. The walk to town is probably 10-15 minutes but it's a safe walk (sidewalks) and we did it several times. We arrived via Train and it's not too far of a walk to get to the B&B, although, Mary said if we'd called, she would have come to pick us up. There were several breakfast choices and everything we had was very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I highly recommend staying here.
