We stayed here on our last night of a ten day trip to Ireland. It was very close to the airport, so it was a quick drive to Shannon the next morning (about 30 minutes). The location has a beautiful view and we enjoyed all the animals, especially the puppies (said our almost 13 year old son). Our hosts were lovely and the breakfast had everything you could dream of eating. This was the only location to have such a wide assortment of breakfast items and even chocolate to have with tea. I wish we had more time to explore the walking/hiking trails.

Trish went above and beyond during our recent stay. She allowed us to check in early as we were trying to connect up with family we have never met before. She even made phone calls to try and help us locate family. She gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and we were able to explore the Abby across the street from the Tavern which was a wonderful surprise. Beds were comfortable and breakfast the next day to start us on our way was wonderful. Although it is a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants etc. Trish’s hospitality and friendliness more than makes up for that small inconvenience.

What a unique experience. Trish and Tony were so friendly and welcoming. Loved being on a farm with all the animals. A most memorable part of our trip through Ireland.

As the name suggests, an area with the most beautiful view for miles. Our only real problem was trying to find the place with a terrible GPS, which was an irritation as you are traveling on a long single lane road. Wonderful neighbors showed us the way. Also unfortunate was having to share the very nice bathroom facility with another guest, but we made out. On the upside, Trish and Tony were excellent hosts, very willing to please. And if you want to experience a working Irish farm with many different animals, this is the place to go!

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home and ideal Irish country setting. The area had everything we expected the Irish countryside to show us! Our first time visiting Ireland but what a gorgeous area! Trish is an amazing person. So caring and social. It was such a pleasure to get to know her! On our first night there we drove to Galway. We told Trish, out of respect, we would be home around 9pm. We didnt make it back until 11:30pm because Google maps got us lost in the countryside. Now that wouldn't normally be an issue, but this was the dark of night on unfamiliar, very narrow, country roads. After finally finding our way back, her husband was awake. We apologized and went to bed. We like to be respectful even though neither of them requested it. They simply wanted us to enjoy our vacation. The next morning when we saw Trish, she told us how she became concerned and stayed up until 10pm just to try and make sure we got back safely!! What more can you want in a gracious host! So warm and caring! Trish made wonderful, tasty breakfasts, and provided great directions on journeys we were taking. Even more reliable than Google!! If you dont stay with Trish and witness the beautiful farm in the Irish countryside, you will truly not do yourself justice! Thank you so much Trish for your warm and friendly hospitality. You truly made our honeymoon very memorable! VERY nice and quiet place to stay!! 10 out of 10 for sure!!
