We spent three nights here and found Catherine to be a delightful host, with a delicious sense of humour as well as being so thoughtful and caring. My husband is disabled and, with the bedroom downstairs and the breakfast room upstairs (what a view!) she immediately offered to bring breakfast down for us to our room if stairs were a problem. The house is beautiful, and our room so comfortable with a walk-in shower as promised. Breakfasts were very good (I am gluten free and Catherine bought in gluten free sausages and bread for toast for me) and really set us up for each day. Many thanks Catherine, we hope to return to explore more of the wonderful scenery in Donegal.

Catherine was a gracious host. The room and everything was exactly as described. The breakfast was delicious. We wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. Great location for visiting Celtic Weave China. We bought several beautiful ornaments. Very nice artist that we enjoyed talking to before going on to Belleek Pottery Center.

You should avoid this place, and it should lose its BnB status. Absence of the owners: no phone number in case of problem, no warning of their absence, interim provided by an agressive cleaning lady, liitle concerned by the management of this place, the room was not the one described, a dangerous bathroom with and inadequate structure, not strictly in front of our room but on the other side of teh hall; bATHROOM did not have a shower, the access to the bathtub was prticulary difficult, no ahndle, n o support for the shower head, no table or shelf in the bathroom to put stuff, the bathroom floor particulary slippery. There was 200litres of water on the floor and all the stuff was wet. The Breakfast was made by the cleanin lady, but she only made the eggs end the bacon, we had to make ourself the tea, coffee ant toasts.

We were able to spend three nights at the lovely Erne Manor. It blended our desire to be close to many places but away from the hustle of them. Each morning, we had a choice of breakfast items - including a full Irish breakfast, scrumptious omelets, or simply yogurt and granola. A patio let us soak in the gorgeous sunsets with a glass of wine or good Irish beer each night. Catherine was as helpful as she needed to be without being overbearing (key in our world). We agreed that another trip to County Donegal would easily include another stay here.
