Meet your host…

Marie Maguire

This is our 21st year running Cul-Erg B&B in Portstewart. I qualified as a nurse but prior to that had trained as a chef. We both lived in Australia and London where I worked as a nurse. After our wedding in 1994 we travelled to Portstewart to visit friends and the rest is history.

Terrific stay at this B&B. Great location, and an easy walk to the bars and restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast options. JJ was a very gracious and helpful host. Would very much recommend this B&B.

Very nice B&B in quiet but convenient location. High quality on everything, clean and comfortable. No parking problems either. If you're going to explore this beautiful area of Northern Ireland, this is the place to stay.

Lovely stay in a well-situated B&B. All you need in a manageable distance. Neat accommodation. Very tasty breakfast with various alternatives to the classical Full Irish Breakfast. To be recommended. Thank you for the nice stay.

Wonderful. We had such a fabulous trip in Ireland and spent all day visiting sights. Got in too late for dinner in town but the breakfast more than made up for it. A delightful B and B ably managed by the owner’s charming son while they took their first holiday - well earned. Highly recommended.
