Doonagore Farmhouse

Doonagore farmhouse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage zwischen Doolin und den Cliffs of Moher optimal, mit toller Aussicht und unser Zimmer war gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful for our needs. Local pub just down the way for a good meal before sleep and onto our next stop! Mary’s breakfast was great and a perfect spot along our way!

Our stay at the Doonagore Farmhouse was very pleasant! Mary and Pat's home is cozy and warming, and we were greeted by their fun and loveable dog Rocky almost every time we came back from adventuring. Room was spacious, shower was hot, breakfast in the morning was filling and delicious! Mary is a great cook and wonderful host. They are not able to do the Cliffs of Moher walk anymore due to the trail being closed unfortunately, but that is not their fault. Overall, this scenic house is a terrific place to stay, relax, and enjoy a lovely piece of western Ireland.

Mary and Pat were wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfasts, all our questions answered, very comfortable bed and room. Doolin is a charming spo, with the ferry to the Aran Islands and Cliffs cruise, and live music in the pubs. A treat!

We were sorry to only stay one night. This house is what you picture an Irish farmhouse to be, complete with the remnants of a castle nearby, the Cliffs of Moher down the street, and two towns to visit. Doolin has three pubs with music. Liscannor offers a great walk towards a lighthouse. Rocky, the dog, steals the show, and the rock he gave me with be cherished for the rest of my years.
