We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. The views were lovely, the owners could not have been more kind or helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Thank you very much!!

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two children back in early April. Our flight arrived super early (7am) and we forgot to notify Mrs. Noreen the home owner in advance but she was extremely accommodating and got our room ready within no time to allow us to check in and get some much needed rest. We felt terrible as we woke the home owner up since it was a holiday when we arrived. She truly understood as we were traveling with small children and our experience at the Cahergal Farmhouse just got better from there. Mrs. Noreen was extremely helpful planning our two days in the area, gave us plenty of suggestions and tips. The breakfast spread in the morning was wonderful and kept us going throughout the long day while sight seeing. Homemade scones and fresh farm eggs to name a few. Not to mention the great view of the greenery all around from the sitting area. Our family room was spacious with 2 twin beds and a queen for us. Two TVs and a large bath. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is situated on beautiful grounds set back off the road. The farm is in the rear which we visited on our last day so the kids were happy. The B&B is situated a short drive from the Shannon airport and a short drive to town, 15 minute drive to Ennis a great little city and a few other nice spots. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a B&B and not a hotel or if you’re wanting to get a true feel of the Irish countryside. We hope to return again in the future.

Wow, what a place! Beautiful setting, great home, and lovely animals. Noreen was a great host along with her helper Lisa. Wish we would spend another night or two at the property.

We had a lovely stay. The room was pleasant and airy with good views of the horses (one week-old foal) and sheep and donkey. Good food for breakfast every morning. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. We stayed three days and it was a lovely place to come home to!
