Clinton's Woodview Farmhouse

Skerries, Dublin, K34 BR74

Review Score: Fabulous 8.8/10

4km from Skerries

Meet your host…

Mary Clinton

Back in the early 1980's, we made the decision to go into tourism. We started Woodview Farmhouse after building four rooms. It was a decision we were never to regret. I retired from full time farming in 1992 and thereafter threw all my energies in with Mary. Nobody would remain in the hospitality business unless they loved it; and we are committed totally. In 2014 we installed solar panels, replaced 7 windows with triple glazing, also installing water harvesting system.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Mary made us feel at home right away. She found some playing cards for us and allowed my husband and I to sit in the dinning room and play cards for several hours. Breakfast was amazing! The home was near by a beautiful park and castle and near the coast. We would recommend this B&B to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay there. It was a beautiful area. The breakfast was excellent. Mary accommodated our late arrival and was helpful in directing us to the best road to get to the airport. Thank you it was a quick drive there.

Mary was very kind and helpful with information including where to go to catch the train into Dublin. She was very accommodating when we left early for the airport and prepared an early breakfast for us.

Very comfortable & accommodating. Mary fixed a sack lunch on short notice for our grandson's early flight. I truly enjoyed the freshness of the food! Mary was a fantastic host.......
