Martin offers you a Céad Míle Fáilte to Connemara. Martin's family have been farming in Connemara for 5 generations. In the 1990's they diversified into agri tourism to provide accommodation and developed a heritage centre. On our farm we have cattle, sheep, Connemara Ponies and donkeys. At the heritage center, we share the traditions, heritage and culture of the area at Dan O'Hara's 19th century farm.

The location was ideal for exploring Connemara National Park and the many peninsulas in the area. The proximity to Clifden was great to meet all your shopping/dining needs as well. Our room was very comfortable and the little on-site museum was great. I didn’t realize when I booked that the farm was more like a hotel, rather than a traditional B&B. Just a little less personal than what we were expecting, but very nice nonetheless.

What a lovely surprise. We expected a "farmhouse", but got a beautiful lodge. On arrival, our host immediately gave us a pot of tea and scones. The room was bright, clean, and cozy. Sort of felt like home. The scenery is wild and wondrous. We hiked up to the original home of Dan O'Hara's which Martin keeps a peat fire going every morning. The nearby town of Clifden is delightful and a must see. We'll go back.

Great time around the region. We were surprised by how big this BnB was, but our hostess was very welcoming. The room was so spacious and the shower had one of the best water pressure yes it's been hard to find!). Lovely practical location and great evening in Clifden for dinner.

Really enjoyed the heritage center and visiting the cottage and grounds. Breakfast was very good and it was nice having a lounge to visit with friends in. The carpet in our room was stained and bathroom small.
