How to get here

There are two main roads into Dingle From Tralee/Killarney direction. The main N86 or the scenic Conor Pass route. Both of these routes pass through Dingle town – As you pass the tourist office, follow the harbour past the marina and you will come to a roundabout. Go through the roundabout (second exit) following the sign for 'Feohanagh'. Stay on this road for approximately 10km (passing a large hardware store on the way). Then you'll see a sign for a pet farm - stay on the main road. Continue until you see the white sign for Coill An Rois and turn right. At the fork in the road there's a small white bed and breakfast signpost, stay to the left of this and follow the next signpost around the corner to Coill An Rois.

Wow what a fantastic B&B. Jimmy is the perfect host. Try the porridge with Irish Cream. YUM. The breakfasts were made from scratch with homemade scones. He even got up early, in the dark and pick fresh blackberries for us. His guidance on where to hike, eat and sight see were totally what we were looking for. Thanks to Noreen also!

The house is in a great place and Jimmy was a hospitable host. His breakfast was one of the best we had while in Ireland. Our room was roomy and comfortable. I highly recommend this as a starting point to take the Slea Head Drive.

Jimmy was wonderful. It was easier to find than we thought it would be (thank you pink house!). I ate a ton of the scones and he shared the recipe with us because I couldn't get enough of them. We were disappointed that we weren't able to spend more time in Dingle because Jimmy had so much to share about the area.

We stayed at Coill An Rois for two nights in mid-May. Jimmy is a welcoming and enthusiastic host with great attention to detail. The place is cozy and comfortable in a beautiful setting, and the food is fabulous. Both Jimmy and Noreen offered so many helpful suggestions and both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We loved our stay and very highly recommend Coill An Rois!
