How to get here

There are two main roads into Dingle From Tralee/Killarney direction. The main N86 or the scenic Conor Pass route. Both of these routes pass through Dingle town – As you pass the tourist office, follow the harbour past the marina and you will come to a roundabout. Go through the roundabout (second exit) following the sign for 'Feohanagh'. Stay on this road for approximately 10km (passing a large hardware store on the way). Then you'll see a sign for a pet farm - stay on the main road. Continue until you see the white sign for Coill An Rois and turn right. At the fork in the road there's a small white bed and breakfast signpost, stay to the left of this and follow the next signpost around the corner to Coill An Rois.

This B&B felt the most like home, and the reason was Jimmy. He is simply the warmest, friendliest host you could ask for. Not only did he greet us with tea and cookies but he took the time to sit with everyone and get to know them. You felt he genuinely enjoyed people, so he is clearly in the right profession! His tip to go to The Dingle Pub was right on: We saw some of the best live music of our trip there. Although Coill An Rois is 12 km out of town, it's a short drive, and the place is a quiet oasis from the hubbub of Dingle Town. Just an outstanding experience all around!

I wish I could give a higher score than a 10!!! Jimmy was an amazing host. He spent hours talking with my son and me about what to see and do while we were in and around Dingle. Had we known ahead of time we would have spent longer there just to eat his culinary delights. A huge THANK YOU for making our trip such fun!!!

One of the best nights of our entire trip! Jimmy is a great host and Coill An Rois the perfect B&B in the countryside of the Dingle Peninsula. The breakfast was great and we were greeted with afternoon tea and homemade treats!! Jimmy was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and where to hear music in the pubs at night! Would recommend for anyone traveling to Ireland to go to Dingle and stay with Jimmy!

Jimmy and Coill An Rois was our favorite and highlight of our Irish travels! I would come to Dingle just to stay here time after time! Not only is Jimmy skilled in the culinary department (the Guinness muffins and breakfast will blow you away!) but he is great company if you have time to chat with him. We felt so welcomed by him. The room we stayed in was spacious and we had a wonderful view of the neighboring farms and animals. Each morning, Jimmy took the time to give us suggestions of places to visit and even drew us personalized maps. We've already told our friends and family about Coill An Rois and Jimmy but please take our word for it when we say you will not find another place like this! Thank you so much Jimmy!

Gary and I had a great time Micheal greeted us with tea and home baked muffins and scones. He showed us a video of the area and recommended some places for us to see The room was cozy and the food was suburb. Michael was a fabulous host
