Meet your host…

Anne Finn Maybury

Tara Farm has been taking in Guests since 1967 so you could say I was born into the business. My mother Margaret ran it for about 30 years and now I have taken over the mantel. I am a retired Secondary School Teacher (June 2016) , I love meeting people and being involved in this business affords you that opportunity. I have a passion for all things "old" , I love to cook and bake ,swim and read with a passion for local history. Married to Sean Finn, with two sons Richard and Seanie.

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. Instead of our booked 3-bed-room we got the offer for a double and a single room without any extra fee. This was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly.

We stayed in Ireland for two and a half weeks and this was hands down our favorite B&B. Anne and Dennis were so helpful and gave us lots of local spots to see that we'd never known about. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were always delicious and they made us feel like family. The town and location the B&B is at is a great jumping off point for seeing the sights. We had a wonderful time.
