We enjoyed our stay here. The view from our lovely bedroom was wonderful and the beautiful hydrangeas in full flower just added to the experience.. John and Mary Ann were very welcoming and were very informative and patient with all of our questions regarding rural life in Ireland. Their recommendation for dinner at Kate Kearney's Cottage with the TraditionaI Irish music was the highlight of our trip to Ireland. I would recommend staying there and we would certainly stay there again if in the area.

What a BEAUTIFUL view from the farmhouse!!! A wonderful place to stay within a quick drive to all attractions in Killarney. Mary Ann and John were lovely hosts. John made sure a fire was ready for the sitting room for us to gather and have family time. He also drove us (7 of us) to the a local restaurant, which was a Fantastic recommendation. He called ahead for us and made reservations. The food was out of this world. There also is a perfect picnic table which we enjoyed afternoon wine and cheese party while taking in the beautiful scenery. Don't be afraid to book this property with a VIEW!!

Mary Anne and John made us feel right at home, like we were old friends. Mary Anne is a wonderful cook and aside from the Irish breakfast she treated us to tea in the afternoon with home made apple pie or muffins. They set us up for Irish night at a local pub with Irish music. We enjoyed the Gap of Dunloe with its breathtaking rugged beauty and made the trip to Dingle after seeing Ross castle. Mary Anne did wash for my husband; a blessing for me and himself. It was chilly during early May but there was a cozy fire, an electric blanket and a pot of hot tea. Very grateful for a lovely time.
