Beautiful accommodations. Only sorry we did not get there earlier as the views were spectacular. The Sweeney's made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was fantastic.

Sean welcomed us to the house. He showed us the room first and let us settle whilst he prepared coffee and tea for us. The room was stunning! It was so spacious, spotless and very well decorated. Sean then had a little chat with us whilst my family and I were having coffee/tea and some snacks. He was so chatty, gave us recommendations for dinner for the night. We felt very welcome in their home. We met Mary the next morning during breakfast, and what a breakfast it was. We enjoyed our stay very much and thought it was a shame we only stayed for 1 night. Hopefully we can come back some time for a longer stay. I am very glad we found this place.

Mr and Mrs Sweeney were one of our favorite hosts during our stay in Ireland. Their home is lovely and the breakfast was incredible. We were sad to only stay one evening with them, we loved the area so much we would have stayed for several days if we could have. Mr Sweeney was wonderful in giving us insight on where to eat dinner, and how to make it the Gap of Dunloe (one of my favorite spots!). We will definitely be back!

Mary and Sean were wonderful hosts. We felt right at home the moment we arrived with coffee, cookies and cupcakes to welcome us. We could always count on Mary when we needed help with any questions about where to visit in Killarney during our stay or any other concern. When I mentioned to Mary the thing my family wanted to do most was a boat ride and jaunting car ride through the Gap of Dunloe, Mary was so kind to even arrange this for us and even gave us a ride to the best starting point for the adventure. One can't ask for better service than that! Our room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds too. The breakfasts in the morning were superb. Sean was always so nice to chat with during breakfast time. The home was beautiful with amazing views overlooking Loch Leane. You can also walk down to the lake which is only a very short walk right at the end of the road. Amazing views all around! Lake views and farm views surround the property. So beautiful! I can't say enough nice things about Mary and Sean. I highly recommend a stay at The Invicta. Thank you Mary and Sean for your warm hospitality.

Very kind hosts and good breakfast (with beautiful view over the lake). Can be recommended - also as a base for a visit of Kate Kearney's Cottage.
