The hosts were wonderful, the husband was just a bit hard to understand. Especially since my hearing isn’t the best. We had the balcony room you see from the front of the house. It was quite nice. I highly recommend requesting it. Beautifully decorated, and well equipped house. Just a stone’s throw from Lough Leane, and just down the road from the Gap of Dunloe. Try the gap at sunset. Very few people, and if partly cloudy, you can experience an amazing sunset all around you. I believe this is the B&B that shows as the wrong side of the road on Apple iOS Map app.

The Invicta was an absolute delight. The home was spotless & very comfortable; our room had a lovely view of Loch Leane. Kevin & Sean watched the British Open together, and Mary gave us ideas for the area (including Kate Kearney's Cottage for dinner) and made us a wonderful breakfast. My only suggestion would be for better signs out on the main road to lead people to the Invicta.

This was my husband and my first trip to Ireland and we were advised to stay in a B&B as opposed to a hotel which we would normally choose. I'm so glad we did. Sean and Mary are two of the nicest, most helpful and salt of the earth type people with such amazing hospitality and wonderful senses of humor. Their home is immaculate. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious and kept us full for all of our sight seeing adventures. Their home is located very close to the ring of kerry, dingle peninsula, Killarney national park, and kate kearneys irish pub. The home has breath taking views and is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and hated to leave. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Killarney!!

Staying at Sean and Mary’s house was delightful. It was our first experience at a B&B and we loved it. The girls loved their expansive bedroom and bath. Ours were next door, it too very comfortable. Mary and Sean were made to be B&B hosts! They had great personalities, were very knowledgeable in the local activities and provided us with great meals and conversations. Sam, their dog was icing on the cake.
