Oldtown Farmhouse

We had a most comfortable and welcoming stay! Mary went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. She was especially thoughtful about breakfast, making sure the two vegetarians in our party had plenty of delicious options and never felt like an afterthought. One of the highlights of our stay was the tour Mary gave us of the property. She showed us the historic fairy rings and shared plenty of fascinating stories, local lore, and history along the way. It made the experience feel truly special and gave us a wonderful connection to the area. Mary’s home was comfortable, welcoming, and absolutely spotless. And after traveling around Ireland, we can confidently say it had the best water pressure of all the places we stayed! It was such a pleasure to come back to a clean, cozy, and peaceful place each evening. We are so grateful for Mary and John’s kindness and hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Two day stay with my adult son. Room was spacious. Breakfasts were very good and had a variety of items. Felt very welcomed by Mary and John. Good view of landscape from front of house. Would recommend.

We had a lovely two night stay at the farm house. Mary and John were so welcoming. The room was perfect with tea & coffee making facilities, powerful shower and comfortable beds. We were served an excellent breakfast on both mornings. A great location for tourists area. We would highly recommend 🙂

It is a nice place in a beautifull landscape, Mary is a very friendly and helpfull host with good devices for theregion. Breakfast was best and the rooms comfortable. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights
