Grove Farm House

Lovely place and setting. Charming hosts who took us at last minute when original BnB had to cancel.

Grove Farmhouse was such a pleasurable stay. As soon as we pulled up we knew it was going to be great. The grounds are so peaceful and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Nellie was super sweet and accommodating. We sat and had tea out in the sun room. I sat with my book and just relaxed. Highly recommend this spot.

I knew as I drove up the lane to Grove House I was going to enjoy my stay and I did! Grove House is situated in a beautiful location, the views are amazing. The flowers in the garden were colourful and bright. Pat and Nellie were so welcoming and friendly and it was lovely to chat with them. I hope to return in the future. My bed was warm and comfortable. I wanted somewhere which quiet and peaceful and yet close to the near by towns and City of Kilkenny. Thanks again Nellie and Pat...

Our stay at the Grove Farmhouse was exceptional. We loved staying there. The moment we traveled up to the house, we knew we would love staying here. Ms Nellie was immediately gracious & inviting. Extremely accommodating to all our needs. The country setting w her flowers, the fields & livestock along w gorgeous patchwork hillsides, kept us inspired. It was all things Irish for us.

We stayed a wonderful 4 nights with Nellie. It was a lovely stay in a traditional B&B, beds were very comfortable, breakfast including the stewed rhubarb was wonderful including the fact that she knows how to make a proper pot of tea (it's the little things that count sometimes). We had great engagement with the other guests at breakfast time and in the sun room in the evening. Nellie also gave us directions for a lovely round country walk through her locality.
