Christine was a great host. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the breakfast. Very easy drive to Dun a Ri forest park and not too far from the Boyne Valley. Just FYI, there is WiFi available but it only works in the breakfast room and the living room.

It was lovely to be in a quiet setting. When we arrived, Christine was not expecting us as her WI-FI had been down for 10 days. She was able to give us a room.
It was rather tight and not real clean.
The breakfast was great especially the porridge.

What a lovely country setting. Christine was a lovely host even though she had no idea we were coming. Her Wi-Fi had been down for 10 days. Thank heavens she could accommodate all four of us. The rooms had been changed, but the bathrooms weren’t clean until the second day of our stay. Her breakfast porridge was excellent as was the rest of her meals.
We probably wouldn’t stay there on our next visit.

We stayed one night so we really didn’t get a chance to explore the area. The house was nice, we had a bathtub In our bathroom, which was a plus. Most BNB’s just have showers. The breakfast was delicious and the host was wonderful! We also loved the cute little donkey In The yard. 💚🇮🇪

Beautiful setting in the peaceful, rural countryside and perfectly convenient for our visit to Co. Monaghan relatives and to the Brú na Bóinne World Heritage Site with its spectacular prehistoric passage tombs. Chrissie is a lovely host whose full Irish breakfast was a great way to start our first full day in Ireland.
