This b@b was wonderful. We were warmly greeted by daughter Jackie. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We had the privilege of getting a barn tour to see the 700 hundred cows being milked on a carousel holding 70 cows at a time. Padriag Jr. was very kind and informative about the farming business.
Padraig Sr. was most hospitable giving us a visit later in the evening. Mary is a most gracious hostess. The food was amazing.
Thank you to everyone we met for your kind generosity and welcoming into your lovely home. Blessings from Canada!!

We were so happy we chose this B&B. It wasn't just the location, the wonderful owners Mary and Padraig made us feel like family. The breakfasts were fantastic and the beds super comfortable. On top of all this wonderousness (is that a word!?!) the wild Atlantic was literally a stone throw away. Staying at the Ave Maria Farmhouse made this trip truly the best it could have been. We said we'll be back and we will🙏

Very easy to find ! Very nice farmhouse with lovely rooms (like new) and warm welcome.
Not far from the seaside and near a good restaurant.
Possibility to visit an examplary dairy farm with...700 cows , including a rotary milking station designed for 70 cows. Very impressive and professionnal.
Excellent irish breakfast. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Ave Maria B& B. We had the chance to witness the automated milking of the 700 dairy cows. What an operation!!! Maria was a great hostess - good breakfasts and good suggestions as to doing things we'd like to do. Only one comment. There was no mirror to face when I blew dried my hair. One near a socket would be helpful.
