We truly enjoyed our stay at Glenraha Farmhouse. Brid was the perfect hostess, warm and welcoming. Their home is beautiful, bright and cheerful and our accommodations were roomy, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Brid prepared a delicious full Irish breakfast. We enjoyed chatting with her and learning about farming and the history of the area. She kindly provided wellies and took us on a tour of the farm. This was a wonderful experience! I am sad that we only stayed one night. I would love to visit again.

Had a wonderful time staying with the Fitzpatrick family. Wonderful breakfast and a wonderful time milking the cows in the am which is something I’ve wanted to do my whole life. The room was comfy and homey with a great attached bathroom. Can’t say enough about this wonderful family. Thank you so much. 😘

The Fitzpatrick family were perfect hosts. Brid was generous and just lovely. She taught us a lot about the area and accommodated our every need. The house was beautiful and very clean. She was a wealth of information about the area and gave good directions and recommendations. My children loved learning about hurling and playing about in the yard, and my son fell in love with Toby, their eager pup. She and Jim spent a lot of time with us in the morning, teaching us about Irish farming and how different it is from what we were used to. They're a family of love and compassion and it was a worthwhile experience. I would love to stay again.

Great experience! Everything related to the accomodation was of the highest standard (room, beds, breakfast) ... but the best is the farm experience: our kids really enjoyed milking the cows and collecting the eggs. The hosts Brid and Jim were excellent, very nice and helpful. All the best for your family and farm!

Lovely warm welcome from Brid, very comfortable bed, most welcoming after a long drive. Thoroughly recommend The Rising Sun in the village for excellent food and traditional Irish music. Brid cooked us a great breakfast and her poached eggs were perfect. Interesting chat with both Brid and Jim, a lovely couple.
