I would give this b&b 12 stars !
We really enjoyed our visit in north Ireland like sleeping at Elizabeth's place. Very welcoming house with everything you need. We felt like it was our little home out there. Very funny fly eater ducks on the yard... superb breakfast even for "vege" people that we are :)
Thanks again Elizabeth !!

We spent 3 delightful nights and found it comfortable and well appointed. The welcome was very warm. We stayed in the hay loft and loved the kitchen and sitting room. Could not have asked for more. The ride to Belfast was quick and easily done. The home itself is in a very calming country location with a great view.

What a find!!! So remote, yet so central! 10 mins from the Belfast airport, but right on a large Lough on a country road with a pub 1 minute away, Park n Ride into town just 10 mins away,d great pubs & food 5 mins away!!!
Fantastic, homecooked, local foods prepared by Elizabeth who obviously enjoys her semi-new career of running a B&B! She was a amazing hostess who directed us wisely about our approach to Belfast and then our trip and stops en route to Dublin. We (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Bay Cottage.

Elizabeth made a delicious cook to order breakfast, with fresh ingredients and home baked breads! Our room was cozy and the bathroom was spacious and just across the hall. The view of the lake from our bedroom was a bonus.

Elizabeth was a lovely hostess and gave helpful recommendations for things to do and see. The house and rooms were comfortable and clean with a great view of the lake.
