L'emplacement est idéal. Par contre, la chambre était vraiment minuscule nous devions en sortir pour aller à la salle de bain. Malgré cet inconvénient c'était très confortable.

You can't ask for a better location...just 2 blocks from the walled city of Derry. Pat was an excellent host and gave us a lot of good information when we arrived including a great restaurant for dinner. We did not get the bed setup that we had reserved, but the room was very nice although it was a little small. We were also on the third floor, so if you don't do stairs, make sure you set that up ahead of time. Very clean and everything was in good condition and breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend it.

Although the building is old and the rooms small the hosts were accommodating and the proximity to the historic downtown is fantastic.

Pros: short walking distance to walled center; good breakfasts; host Patrick did my laundry at no charge!; Catherine who served our breakfasts was very pleasant and friendly. Cons: Rooms small; water leaking from ceiling into dining area; rooms old; very small sink; room service spotty; room heaters not operating as desired.
