We stayed 3 nights at Phoenix House. Our room was small but clean. Our host Pat was very friendly and gave us some great suggestions of places to see and eat. It is in walking distance of many things to see in the area. His Irish breakfast was delicious.

The location was great and Pat was very friendly. The bed could have been a little more comfy. The space was small, but just what we needed

very nice host... however, there was a mix up with our reservation and there was no room available... but Pat was so nice that he arranged for another B&B right around the corner for us... worked out quite well actually. Very nice of him to do this.

The room and brekafst are fine, however nothing spectacular. The Phoenix is located ideally for visiting the walled city centre. The highlight was Pat's kindness and tipps for dinner. We enjoyed our stay in Londonderry a lot also thanks to Phoenix B&B.

Couldn,t ask for a better, friendlier host. Good ideas for dinner. Just a pleasant stay.
