Lovely place to stay in the city. Pat was the only b&b owner throughout our stay who carried up the bags for 4 ladies! He was lovely to chat with and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning.

Pat was very gracious as we arrived a bit late in the evening. Our bed was quite comfortable, even if the room was small. He served a nice breakfast and made us comfortable in the cozy dining space. This is a very nice B&B for a city space.

We loved this place. Very comfortable bed which is what we were looking for and amazing breakfast. Pat was great even when we got in much later than expected. Thanks for a great stay in Derry!

Great little place. Yes, room a bit small but had all the necessities. Conveniently located as walking distance to the main part of town. Lots of history here. Terrific breakfast in the morning. Only 1 night but was comfortable. Next day on our way to Giants Causeway (bit less than an hour). Pat was very nice to give us a great tip on going there, be sure to ask him. Thank you for a great tip and a good night's sleep.

We stayed one night at the Phoenix B&B. Pat was so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a bit small, but comfortable. Understandable as it was located in the city. Perfect location to explore the walled city. Pat cooks a fabulous breakfast, and gave great advice as we headed to Giants Causeway the next day! Highly recommend!
