Rose Park House was beautifully furnished with a spacious en suite bathroom. The host was most gracious and gave us a very educational history of Londonderry-Derry. We loved the location because we could walk through the park to the town.

Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We spent a fair amount of time just chatting with them. The rooms were comfortable. My only warnings are that you will have little bit of traffic noise and if you decide to walk down the hill to the town you better be in shape. The climb back up is a workout.

The room was quite comfortable but the location of the B & B and the ambiance was not particularly pleasant. I have no idea who the hosts were and did not find anyone to be particularly welcoming or friendly. And a big turn off was a little dog running around sniffing our feet while having breakfast and generally having the run of the facility. This is unacceptable. The B & B served our purposes but we would definitely not return. Had to park car on public street. Car was blocked by heavy school traffic in the morning. Sorry but this B & B needs to step up its game.

4 of us stayed 2 nights. This B&B was located on a hill overlooking the westside of the town. We were able to walk down to town for dinner and took a very cheap taxi ride back. Thomas was a wonderful host and very informative about the history of Northern Ireland and the Troubles. When we expressed an interest in seeing the Bogside neighborhood and murals, he volunteered to drive us in his own car. This stay highlighted the friendliness of the Irish people and the interesting history of the country.

Lovely b&b and incredible hosts! It was very convenient to getting around, both by foot and by car. Our host was very informative and helpful, the rooms were very clean and had good electric access, and the breakfast was tasty.
