The Manor House

Derry-Londonderry, Derry-Londonderry, BT47 3AA

6.5 Miles from Derry-Londonderry

Meet your host…

Alastair Davidson

Jean and I been welcoming guests into our home since 1993. The manor is a listed, late Georgian property and has been the home of the Davidson family since 1850. It retains many of the original features and family portraits. I have an interest in antiques and restoration. Both Jean and I enjoy gardening and guests can relax and enjoy the attractive grounds that surround our home. A warm welcome awaits you at The Manor House.

Very pretty converted home with lots of history! Alistair and Jean were happy to share stories and were very accommodating. Room was comfy and coffee/tea in the room was a treat to have upon waking. Face (wash) cloths would be a plus, as would a bar of soap.

Excellent host and accommodation. I really enjoyed my stay with them and certainly would stay there again for my next visit to Ireland.

We had a lovely stay @ The Manor House. Specially, we loved the breakfast in the Kitchen to get in touch with the hosts! Thanks!

Jean and Alistair welcomed us warmly into their very stately and comfortable house. Board games in the wardrobe for the kids - a bonus and a good respite from the digital devices. Five of us slept very well, and woke to a very nice cereal/cooked breakfast - which the kids were delighted with also. Shared great history about the house, the surrounds and set up a great start to our next day on the road. Thanks to you both very much.

An older house with nostalgic equipment. Nice hosts who were helping to find near places of interests. At this time of the season no more guests, but kindly breakfast together with the hosts that I appreciated very much as a foreigner..
