This B&B had a lots of steps to get to the reception area and then a lot of steps to our room. This may be difficult for many.
The lodge itself is very nice with a bar and restaurant attached.
We had a late night talk with Birdie in the bar. Very nice breakfast is included.
We did not have time to really enjoy the outdoor areas and walking paths or the lake.
Nice place with friednly staff.

Our room was adequate, however the bathroom was dirty and gross. I do not recommend.

The lodge was super nice and the bar/restaurant had really friendly staff. However the bed was really really stiff, and the shower wasnt cleaned super well. Still decent overall.

The Dulrush Fishing Lodge was an unexpected delight! The description in the listing does not do it justice, The landscape, lodge, rooms, and amenities were fantastic. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly we felt like VIPs at an exclusive resort.

Our stay was for one night in this large fishing lodge with lovely public areas. Situated on a rise, we had to walk uphill with our luggage from the parking area which may be difficult for some people. The facility had a bar and dining room which served us a good breakfast. Our room was comfortable and clean with a view of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating was available which we could not enjoy due to weather. Unlike the home stays where the owners opened their door to you upon arrival , checking in here we were not greeted by Bridie firsthand but had to search for her on the premises. Contact with the owner was minimal during our stay and no one was around when we left. Otherwise it was a adequate stay.
