I would highly recommend staying at Collinswood especially given its proximity to Dublin Airport. The B&B is immaculate and Jim is willing to help out wherever he can. From giving directions, to advice on sites to see to giving change for the city bus or just asking how your day of adventures was, Jim is the consummate host. The prices are reasonable and breakfast was excellent. We stayed at Collinswood both at the outset and conclusion of our journey as it is only 10min to the airport via side streets. I would stay with Jim again anytime I’m in the area.

Wanderfull place and friendly hosts. I can only recommend it highly - nice suburb, nice house, nice host. Jim is so kind to make tipical irish breakfast after which you would't be hungry untill the end of the day. He helped us for everything. There is a shop nearby and a bus stop. It is near the airport also.

Collinswood feels like home.
Swords is well worth the trip. Here you have the perfect mix of being close to town and being in the area. Just right for us!
Jim is a fantastic host. A wonderful warm welcome right from the front door. We had the largest room with a double bed, closet, TV and bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortably furnished. In the morning there was super delicious breakfast. Whether continental or Irish, both were the perfect start to the day. The breakfast is lovingly prepared by Jim. You could choose every day if you liked Irish or continental breakfast.
Jim really enjoys chatting with his guests and giving helpful tips for trip planning (what to see, where to go, the best way to get to your destination, and where to find the best pubs).
For us, true insider tips have come to light here :)
We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend Collinswood B&B.

Jim is a great host! It was our first night in Ireland and we were delighted. Jim advised us to go out to eat in the evening, helpful, smiling and welcoming. The accommodation is very clean, cozy, with everything you need. In the morning we had the traditional breakfast prepared by Jim, excellent!
Thank you for welcoming us!
