Unfortunately, this was the worst B & B we’ve stayed in from our recent holiday. First, this is more like a motel and not your typical B & B. Neda was very nice but that would not make me recommend this place to anyone. Rooms were outdated, bed was uncomfortable and there were no amenities- just two towels. No WiFi connection until your in the dinning room are and it was slow at best. The other thing that did not sit well with me was that they forgot to ask for my CIE voucher(I forget too) and we left in the morning, we received a call from them stating they need my voucher after we were about 30 minutes away. The lady told me it was my fault and that I should’ve given them the voucher. I told her when we checked in, they should have asked for it just like when you check into any other place you stay, they want your payment information upon arrival. Needless to say I would never stay there again or recommend it.

I recall these guests, who stayed , in rooms 4 and 9 Re Broadband -it seems to be satisfactory, for our guests, and for ourselves, who work in the same space Re Vouchers, I recall a different conversation When we discovered, that we did not have their vouchers, I called them, and asked them, if they were still in the area The responsibility was a shared one , and I certainly did not , and would not , blame them A short time later, they dropped the vouchers in the letterbox To me, it was a non issue on the day, and I am sorry, that they were upset, and were not happy , with our facilities Thanks, Mary

I met these guests myself and we talked about Brussels and Belgium where I worked for many years Most of our guests stay for 4/5 nights and whatever room the guests were given was what was available on the day I say this as they stated that they were on the ground floor I do not recall them saying they required an upper floor Our chef comes from the 5 Star Brehon hotel next door to do cook to order fresh breakfast for each guest Richard who works for me from 8-9 pm until 11 pm at front desk looking after guests needs, made tea /biscuits for these guests on the 2 nights they were with us I was also there on the second night, when he made tea for them Joelle and partner were most pleasant guests and we are sorry that they have had it seems some disappointments re their stay with us Thanks, Mary

Staff were wonderful and helpful, especially Neda. The breakfast was fantastic; delicious food in a great room lined with windows overlooking the river. However, though our room was functional, it was quite dilapidated and the WIFI only worked in the lounge room down the long hallway. It felt like a cheap hotel with warm, professional staff and a great chef. We will definitely return to Killarney but will stay elsewhere.

Location was really nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. No tv's in rooms. Older beds and furnishings, but very clean. Host and staff nice folks.

This was by far our worst stay the entire time we were in Ireland. While the B&B is relatively close to Killarney, that is the only positive. We got three rooms, two were recently updated, but one was very much not. It had a bathroom door gap, uncomfortable bed, and fixtures hanging off the wall. None of the rooms had good water pressure. We complained to the owner about there being no heat at night (since it was March) and were told that she always shuts it off at night and no one has complained (which is clearly untrue based on the above reviews). The chef and breakfast were great, but it is truly run like a hotel - complete with an absent owner.
