Brigid O'Sullivan

My mother Noreen O’Sullivan first started welcoming guests to our farmhouse in 1977 and enjoyed meeting visitors from all over the world. Today, I continue this tradition where true Irish hospitality will be at the heart of your B&B experience when staying at Lios na Manach Bed and Breakfast. We look forward to your visit!

Lios na Manach Eco Bed and Breakfast is a rural family-run farmhouse in an idyllic location, just 5km from the picturesque town of Killarney with its array of shops, restaurants, pubs and music. This welcoming B&B is furnished to the highest of standards and offers guests comfort and relaxation in a peaceful setting. Here, you are also on the doorstep of everything you need for the perfect holiday including magnificent mountain regions, dramatic landscapes and a breath-taking coastline. We have a wealth of outdoor amenities on our doorstep such as Killarney National Park, the Ring of Kerry, numerous Blue Flag beaches and historical sites. We are the ideal base for exploring the beautiful Kerry region.  No smoking House

How to get here

House accessible from two directions 

From Killarney: Head east on Fair Hill/R876 towards Dennehy's Bohereen, continue to follow R876, go through 1 roundabout for 1.5km. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto N22 for 900m then turn right onto Ballycasheen Rd for 350m, then turn left onto Mill Rd for 1km. Turn left onto Coolclogher Dr. 1.7km Lios Na Manach Farmhouse B&B is on the left.

From Muckross/Kenmare Rd N71: Take the Mill Rd and travel for 1km and on righthand side you will see a sign for the B&B (signposted straight to B&B)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time At Lios na Manach. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The hospitality was top notch without being overbearing and the food, oh my God, the food was outstanding. We ate dinner at the B&B instead of dining out and was glad we did. I still dream about the raspberry brownie dessert. They were so nice and gave us some blueberry scones for the road. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again.

Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. The location was lovely and peaceful and ideally located for Muckcross and the ring of Kerry. Brigid was very efficient and also advised us on where to go given our limited time in the area.

For my motorcycle road trip, bed and breakfast accommodation was the ideal solution. At Lios Na Manach Ecco, Brigid O'Sullivan gave me a very warm welcome and her cuisine delighted me.

Great B & B. Brigit, the host, was very friendly and helpful, giving us good advice about attractions. Rooms very very comfrotable, and the breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety.

Wonderful host. So pleasant. Loved the house and views, breakfast was amazing, and the scones... delicious. Only regret is that we didn't dine in for dinner.
