Lios Na Manach Eco B&B

Lios Na Manach and the property around it were absolutely beautiful. The breakfasts made by Brigid and her daughter Ora were the best from our 8 day tour! Lots of personal touches. We were slightly disappointed bc we did not stay at the inn, but were placed a bit down the street in their home with a bathroom upstairs. It was also nice but not as private. Brigid loves what she does and suggested a visit to the Muckcross house since we only had half a day left to sightsee. Excellent time and the grounds there were amazing. Easy access to many activities. Thank you!

My family spent our first two nights in Ireland as Brigid's guests at Lios Na Manach. The house and location are lovely and very quiet, but with easy access to Killarney town and the famed Ring of Kerry. The breakfasts were terrific, especially the scones, and after a week of restaurant dining the wonderful dinner was the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. Brigid is the spirit of the house; full of warmth and good humor. She stepped in to curate our 'Ring of Kerry' drive adding in stops we hadn't considered but were the highlights. We would highly recommend people traveling to Kerry to stay with Brigid at Lios Na Manach.

I only stayed one night and wished I had stayed longer. I arrived late and dinner was offered along with a warm welcome. The food was all around delicious. The homemade scone in the morning was particularly tasty. The room was cozy and very clean. One of my hosts offered to give me a ride into the town center upon my departure, which was a kind and helpful. I felt genuinely cared for, which as a solo female traveler was greatly appreciated. My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon. Brigid was a wonderfully accommodating host and answered all of our questions and provided amazing insight to local attractions. She always took the time in the morning to make sure to provide helpful tips depending on where you're heading for the day. Her breakfast was delicious, we especially loved the scone and her homemade crepe! The location to everything in Killarney is immaculate. We arrived later in the evening and wanted to head into Town. Brigid (& her daughter) helped us by providing a ride into town and then all the information we needed to get a taxi home. We appreciated the help! On a side note, we did not stay in the main house. We were in Brigid's house, which wasn't what we expected. The room we were in was pretty bare, no water, no TV, and the bathroom was upstairs. The bathroom upstairs was spacious and nice, but it would've been great to have it on the same floor. The room downstairs does need a little updating, so if possible see if you can stay in the main house. We truly enjoyed our stay and do recommend to anyone who's looking to stay here! The location, breakfast, and host made it a memorable stay!
