Summerfield Lodge B&B

Very nice stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Summerfield Lodge was wonderful! Barbara was an amazing host and provided tons of great information and suggestions for the area. Our room was spacious and updated with a great view of the ocean. Hoping that we can make it back for another stay in the future. Highly Recommend!

This was the highlight of our trip!!! Barbara and Peter were terrific hosts. Jason, Jake and I would highly recommend staying here. The views were spectacular, as well as the rooms. Breakfast was wonderful.The ham and cheese sandwiches were delicious. The place was clean and inviting to all. Thanks again for the recommendations in Cork. Cian was great for fun and music!!! We will treasure the memories from your beautiful home.

Barbara and Peter were the best hosts. The B&B was beautiful and close to the town. We had a room with a lovely view of the sea. Our daughter and granddaughter had a spacious room & bathroom. Both rooms were comfortable, updated and decorated nicely. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it was delicious. The morning chats were very enjoyable. Barbara and Peter's knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. There are many places we went to on their suggestion that we would have never known about. I would highly recommend Summerfield Lodge to anyone visiting Ireland. Thank you, Barbara and Peter, for making our once in a lifetime so memorable.

Of the 3 B&Bs we stayed in while traveling in Ireland, this was our favorite. Barbara was so friendly and engaging and picked up on our likes and dislikes (I wasn't a fan of French press coffee, so she offered me something else). We enjoyed talking with her and visited several of the places and restaurants she mentioned to us. The accommodations were top notch and so comfortable!
