This place was a huge disappointment after visiting so many other Irish B&Bs. It felt more like a youth hostel than a bed and breakfast. We literally never saw or spoke to a live person. The check in was cold and impersonal. We had to use our cell phone to call a Irish number in order to get the code to get in the front door. I felt like I had to defend my reservation before I would be granted permission to enter. If there is anything positive I can say it is that this place is extremely secure with keypad locks on the exterior and interior doors. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs.

Nice place set within a nice looking neighborhood. Beds and rooms comfortable. The one down side, as being a big guy the shower was very small and I had to squeeze thru the door to get in it.

We only stayed at the Titanic Guest Boutique one night to visit the Titanic Museum in Belfast. We found the room and bathroom to be clean and well laid out. The lights from the street were very bright at night but they had black out curtains which really helped keep the room nice for sleeping.
There was not much interaction with the host but everything was where it was said it should be for breakfast so we didn't need much from the host.

A lovely home, deceptively nestled in amongst other homes on the street. Accommodations were warm and welcoming, and the location is convenient to everything nearby!
Host's Reply: Thank you Tim, its so lovely to hear that you liked the place.
All the best for the rest of your trip :)
