How to get here

Directions from Belfast are as follows: Take the M2 North, leave at junction 4 for the A8 which brings you in to Larne. Near Larne get in the lane for the town centre/harbour. Take a left onto the A2 coastal route. At the big roundabout again take the exit for the A2 coastal route At the traffic lights go straight over and take the left hand road in front of you. This is Princes Gardens and we are the first house on the corner, no 2.

Directions from the Larne ferry: We are in the town centre and it's quite straightforward to get to us. When you leave the ferry, turn left onto the A8. Follow signs for A2 Glenarm. Once you have passed through traffic lights, take sharpe left. We are the first house on the left. No 2 Princes Gardens. It is no more than a five minute journey. It is fine to park on the road but not only the yellow lines.

The Derrin House is a beautiful and spotlessly clean home. The ensuite room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Bedding was fabulous. The dining room and lounge were welcoming and comfortable. Our host Siebe was gracious and very helful and cooked up a delicious breakfast to kickstart our days there. The Derrin House is conveniently located to the many sites around Belfast and Northern Ireland. We would recommend Derrin House to anyone wanting to tour Northern Ireland. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Arrived at B&B to find there was no rooms available for myself/wife and grandchild . It was stated that you never forwarded to them the booking and therefore they had no record of it. We had to travel to TheAdair Arms Hotel in Ballymena for accommodation and pay 140 euro for one night stay B & B. We were very unhappy about the whole situation as we were travelling by Boat to Cairnryan the following morning.
