Fernroyd House B&B

We stayed two nights at Fernroyd House and it was a great stay. Tony and Avril were very helpful with suggestions for places to visit, restaurants nearby, and ordering a taxi at a difficult time to the train station. The room was quite comfortable and spacious and the bathroom had updated amenities. The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious and I was excited to get some of the fresh scones I had hear about from Avril! The location was excellent for easy day trips in the city. Will definitely stay here on any future trips. Excellent hosts, great location!

My wife and I stayed at Fernroyd House for 4 nights. Tony and Avril were excellent hosts. They shared their knowledge of Cork, giving us recommendations for restaurants and Irish music sessions. Breakfasts were freshly prepared and delicious. The location was within a short walk of restaurants and the centre of Cork.

Abril and Tony are welcoming hosts and go out of their way to help you with your visit to Cork. I stayed for two comfortable nights and had two delicious breakfasts.

Robin and I had a great stay at Fernroyd House. Tony and Avril were wonderful and looked after our every need, including providing maps of the area and all the best places to visit. The breakfast was always made to order and it was the little touches, like making us some lunch sandwiches when they knew we were going to be on an all day tour that made the difference. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone wantinga stress-free stay.

We had a lovely two/day stay at Fernrord House. Avril greeted us upon arrival and let us select a room that was best for my wife who uses a walker. Both Avril and Tiny were around frequently and were helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was mad to order and excellent. We were very happy to have stayed there!
