Bonnie Pedersen 25 Oct 2021 Review Score: 1/10 I booked a room a d it was confirmed and my deposit accepted. Then I got a message saying they were sorry but they were already fully booked. They forgot to update their webpage. I have tried to request a refund of my booking fee. I have had 2phone conversations with unhelpful and rude people and still have not revived my refund!
