Keeraun Hill B&B is situated on the outskirts of Banagher town. We have lighting and foot paths the whole way so roughly a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Banagher is situated on the majestic river Shannon, so we are well situated for cruising, water sports and fishing. Centrally located in Ireland for day trips to Galway, Clare, Kilkenny to name but a few. On our doorstep we have Birr Castle, Clonmacnoise Monastic Site and Boora Parklands. We are situated on a beef and dairy farm so lots of activities going on.

Joe and myself have given a Cead Mile Failte to guests from all nationalities for the past 30 years. We love meeting people and having the chat. Our little miniature jack Russel Rosy is the boss and loves greeting everyone.

Banagher is a small town with a population of one thousand seven hundred and sixty residents. We have a selection of pubs some with Irish music and good food served also. You have to come to Banagher for ceoil, craic and the Irish welcome.

We only got to stay at Keeraun Hill B&B for one night, and that was simply much too short. This is such a LOVELY place with delightful hosts (Geraldine and Rosy), I didn't want to leave! The spaces are sparkling and full of light, the rooms feel freshly redone with super comfortable beds, and just the most wonderful breakfast and setting so close to town! I want to return soon!

Geraldine et Rosy (l'adorable chien) nous ont reservé un accueil très chalereux! La chambre est splendide. Et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Keeraun Hill a été notre point de chute pour visiter le site de Clonmacnoise. Ensuite, vous êtes à 1h de Dublin.

Keeraun Hill was a gorgeous B&B with fabulous amenities and a yummy breakfast. Geraldine was super welcoming and so was her sweet dog! I highly recommend this lovely spot!

Really great bed and breakfast. Geraldine is a lovely, welcoming host. Rooms are very comfortable and spotless. We appreciated tea on arrival and breakfast was delicious. Rosy the Jack Russell was a great host as well! It was a bonus to be able to walk into town. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Keeraun Hill B&B for two nights and it was fantastic. It's a gorgeous house and Geraldine was such a warm and welcoming host. Breakfast was delicious and it was walking distance into town. Would really recommend!
