David, his wife Eileen and his daughter, were amazing host! We truly enjoyed our stay at Mussenden House! David went out of his way to make us feel welcomed, he even called and made dinner reservations at the restaurant located at the Castlerock Golf Club, where we enjoyed a fabulous dinner. After dinner we explored the area with a walk on the beach and a tour of the local ruins/gardens. From our warm & friendly welcome, to our nicely appointed room w/private bathroom to a wonderful home cooked breakfast, our stay was simply wonderful! We would highly recommend Mussendorf House to anyone traveling in this area of Ireland!

David was a great host, kind and gracious. He was there to meet us when we pulled in, and he gave us a quick rundown of the area's attractions. This is actually an ideal spot, close to the Giant's Causeway and Carrik-a-Rede, which are not to be missed, and we enjoyed a morning hike around Mussenden Temple (great view also from the beach). You will be disappointed if you visit Ireland and do not see the Giant's Causeway, and Mussenden House is the best spot for saying in the area. We drove all over Ireland from the north to the south and east to west, and Northern Ireland with its sights are a must stop.

David and Eileen are delightful hosts. They couldn't have been more welcoming and thoughtful. We celebrated our birthday during our stay and David made it extra special with a birthday cake! We especially enjoyed conversation over a dram with the pups snuggled in next to us. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. Our only small recommendation would be putting a waste container in the upstairs bathroom.

David couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. We really enjoyed staying at Mussenden House for a couple of site seeing filled days. He made sure we were set up for supper and gave us helpful sightseeing tips. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A hot pot in the room would have been nice but all else made it an exceptional stay.

David Wallace is a great host. He met my wife and me and invited us in for tea and biscuits. He called and made dinner reservations for us and we had a very tasty and enjoyable meal. He made for us an “Ulster Breakfast “ which was the best by far. We enjoyed our one night stay at Mussenden and will recommend.
