The full Irish breakfast is a B&B speciality, consisting of bacon, sausage, black and white pudding, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, potato bread, with a choice of Irish soda or brown bread and a hot cup of tea/coffee. You will have to try this breakfast at least once on your visit to Ireland. If the full Irish isn’t for you, don’t worry, B&B homes will have a selection of breakfast choices ranging from scrabble egg and smoked salmon or homemade pancakes to a continental breakfast.

When you stay at West Coast House on Achill Island in County Mayo, you will have the opportunity to taste the island’s delicacy of smoked salmon. The salmon is reared in pristine waters off Clare Island/Achill and is prepared and oak smoked at Keem Bay Fish Products, which is just 0.4km from our bed and breakfast.
