Meet your host, Margaret Leahy of Castle Farm B&B in the seaside resort town of Youghal in County Cork. Margaret and her husband Tom have been running their 230 year old Georgian B&B for the last 30 years and have loved every minute of it. Their home boasts the most impressive views of Ballycotton Bay and is just five minutes walk from Garryvoe Beach. Find out all there is to know about Margaret and her historic home.

What is your favourite guest story?
I don't have a favourite. I enjoy all of them, Listening to their cultures and seeing the similarities with ours.
What is your signature dish/food?
My Brown Soda Bread and Tea Scones. Always goes down a treat!
Is there anything about your home that is quirky?
Our 230 year old home, me and the cat!
Have you ever had any famous guests?
We have had many, all more famous than the next.
What is your favourite thing about the area you live in?
The green fields, clean air, the beautiful sea views and fresh local food.
When you are not looking after your guests what is your favourite thing to do?
I love gardening and baking. They are a real passion of mine.
