Meet Rosemary Armstrong B&B host at Arch House B&B, a four star award winning farmhouse on the outskirts of Enniskillen in County Fermanagh. Rosemary and Geoffrey Armstrong have been running Arch House for more than 26 years and have raised their three children along the way. Arch House is situated on a working farm with sheep and cattle and a Taste of Ulster Restaurant on site too. Find out about Rosemary and her beautiful B&B below in our weekly 'Meet Your Host'.

What is your favourite guest story?
I had a honeymoon couple who on their first night after going to bed, a short time later decided to go home because they had forgotten some very important medication for a kidney transplant. So they went home but came back the next morning especially for the breakfast!
What is your signature dish?
Lough Erne Trout with wild garlic pesto. I also enjoy cooking a tasty traditional Irish stew.
Is there anything about your home that is quirky?
We have a farm walk with lamas, sheep, lambs, cattle, calves, donkey's rabbits and our golden retriever Jody. We also have an inhouse shop where we sell homemade jams, chutneys and souvineers.
Have you ever had any famous guests?
We have had five TV presenters from the BBC, UTV farming Ulster and one from the TV show Country File.
What is your favourite thing about the area you live in?
I love the freedom to avail of walks, trails and mountain tracks at the Marble Arch Caves, Florencecourt House and Cladagh Glen all at no charge.
When you are not looking after your guests what is your favourite thing to do?
I love walking, cooking and eating out in local restaurants.
What are your top three attractions in this country?
