Pk Lodge, a unique B&B experience

Pat and Kathleen of PK Lodge, Skibbereen in County CorkIf you asked B&B hosts, Kathleen and Pat of PK Lodge B&B, what they offer guests to ensure they have a unique B&B experience, their reply would be ‘we don’t do anything special, we just offer our guests a warm welcome, complementary lifts into our local town and are always available to answer any questions and give advice’. That answer in itself tells you that a stay in PK Lodge is going to be special.

Why is it Unique?

It doesn’t register with Pat and Kathleen that they are doing anything extra for their guests. But these little extras as well as their warm hospitality, welcoming home, mouth-watering home-baking, complimentary tea/coffee and sumptuous breakfast menu most definitely add up to a unique B&B experience. Guest reviews are always a good benchmark of what to expect from a stay, so here’s a snippet of recent guest reviews of PK Lodge.

Recent Guest Reviews

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kathleen was so welcoming and everything was immaculate and beautifully presented. The breakfasts were a real treat and so much care taken with presentation. We would definitely recommend PK Lodge to others.

Judith and Paul Casey

We had a wonderful stay! The lodge is accessible to several sights and is in a beautiful location. Our host and hostess were wonderful and friendly. We felt right at home!

Brittany & Aaron

We had a lovely stay in such a comfortable room. Breakfast was the best! We had such a good craic with Mary and a few word with Cinderella/Pat scrubbing the pots. Such a warm and friendly couple. Terrific location for a quiet stay and close to town still.

Bob and Anne Atkins

Not only does PK Lodge offer guests a relaxed haven of tranquillity, this bed & breakfast is in a wonderful location, just 1.7km from the busting market town of Skibbereen in County Cork and its many amenities, local attractions, beaches, secluded coves and charming hill walks.
