Fantastic B&Bs and where to find them

If you are planning a trip to Ireland, then staying in bed and breakfast accommodation is going to enhance your holiday like you would never have imagined.  So, let me tell you all about the fantastic B&B homes that Ireland has to offer, and where exactly you can find them.

The B&B Experience

Fantastic B&Bs and where to find themWhen staying in a hotel, you have your base, but it might not be in the ideal location and it is not going to be a personalised experience.  In comparison, let’s turn our attention to the range of fantastic B&Bs that you can choose from in Ireland.  The main thing to remember is that they are located everywhere, including cities, towns and villages, coastal locations, and on the doorstep of famous attractions and historical sites.  These B&B properties are owned by local Irish families, who are waiting to welcome you and help you have an amazing, personalised holiday experience, tailored to your own needs and interests. When you come to Ireland, it is the Irish people who will make your holiday experience unforgettable.

Travelling the Island of Ireland

I think one of the things that makes Ireland such a unique place, aside from its people of course, is the fact that you can travel from the two furthest points in Ireland, which is the North-east coast in Northern Ireland down to the South-west coast in southern Ireland, in less than six hours.  There is an unbelievable coastal drive on the west of Ireland called the Wild Atlantic Way, which has the Atlantic Ocean accompanying you all along the route, which starts at Malin Head in Donegal, and ends down in Mizen Head in Cork. There is also a historical trail, called Ireland’s Ancient East, which encompasses 17 Irish counties in which you can discover 5,000 years of Irish history and culture.  All these amazing, unique encounters can be visited and experienced by car or guided tour, with fantastic B&Bs located close by.

Ireland is an amazing and a unique country. There is nowhere else in the world where you would be able to experience such outstanding natural beauty, amazing coastlines, a wealth of history and culture and a warm welcome from its local people, all wrapped up in forty shades of green splendour.
