West Waterford Golf & Country Club
An idyllic rural setting makes this one of the most peaceful golf courses you’ll ever play. Visitors will be treated to a course that lets the natural landscape do the talking. It delivers one of the south east’s most relaxing and enjoyable rounds of golf.

The Waterford Golf club
Founded in 1912, Waterford Golf Club is ideally situated on a hill overlooking the historic city of Waterford.  With its magnificent views; this parkland course is a gem on the outskirts of Waterford.

Waterford Castle Golf Club
The course offers a unique experience to any discerning golfer. Ireland’s only true island course and yet within 3.2km of Waterford city centre, it is laid out on 250 acres of lush parkland and incorporates four artificial lakes which fit well into the wooded landscape.

Williamstown Golf Club
A parkland course at 6,700 yards is one of the longest inland 18 hole courses in Ireland. It combines excellent golfing facilities in beautiful countryside, yet it is only minutes from the centre of the city. Existing land features are used to the maximum to create a beautiful and challenging environment for golfers.

Any one of these golf courses will exceed your expectations and don't forget to check out the welcoming bed and breakfasts in the area to complete your golfing holiday.

Danabel Porridge Bread Recipe

I started making my Porridge Bread about a year ago. It was so popular with guests that I carried on making it. Now, I make it everyday and leave it on the breakfast table for my guests to help themselves. I am always complimented on how tasty it is. The wonderful thing about this recipe is that it is so easy to prepare, yet so delicious!
