Dieskirt Farm - “A gem of a B&B”

Everyone likes to read reviews to help them make informed choices about travel and accommodation. So, if you are thinking of staying on a working farm in Ireland, but unsure of what to expect, read on and hopefully the below reviews on Dieskirt Farm, a working homestead located in Cushendall, Northern Ireland, will help make up your mind!

What Guests Say…

Book a Farmstay bed and breakfast “We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Dieskirt farm. This is a true working farm not some faux hobby farm. The farm is situated in the most beautiful valley with walks into the nearby national park and surrounds. Although they both work terribly hard, the owners, James and Ann, made us feel most welcome. The guests’ rooms and facilities were top notch. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. There was a great variety to choose from and the soda bread was yum. This is a warm and relaxing place from which to explore the wonders of this region.”

Book a Farmstay break in Ireland with B&B Ireland“I’m writing this before I've even left. I've fallen in love with Northern Ireland, Glenariff, Dieskirts, Ann and James and all the donkeys, sheep, horses etc. This is a gem of a B&B, it actually feels like home. The rooms are so comfy, Ann and James are so welcoming and the surrounding country absolutely stunning. You only have to set foot outside the door and you're on your way into the wilderness. We walked from Dieskirts through Glenariff Forest Park and back and it is one of the best walks I have ever done, so enjoyable. It is a fine base to explore the whole of Northern Ireland (if you stay long enough!), we've stayed four nights and it is nowhere near enough, it gives us the excuse of returning again! I really believe that this is a B&B to return to again and again.  P.S. I even got to bottle feed a lamb, simply wonderful!”
