Dublin and Galway awarded 'Friendliest Cities in the World'
Ireland is known as the Land of a Thousand Welcomes. It’s no wonder that Condé Nast Traveler has named two cities in Ireland on their list of the 15 Friendliest Cities in the World. Dublin and Galway have made the exclusive list, Galway ranked sixth and Dublin impressively at third position.
The magazine has unveiled the results of its readers’ choice survey and it is fantastic news that two Irish cities feature in the top ten. We had a look through some of our reviews of those that stayed in Dublin and Galway and we think our hosts are definitely contributing to the friendliness of the counties!!
We had an excellent time in Galway. Our B&B host’s were some of the best and friendliest people that we met in Ireland during our visit. Mike & Teresa
