November B&B Guest Reviews

Reviews are such an important part of buying anything online, especially when it comes to accommodation. A review is honest feedback from a verified customer, allowing you to decide if their experience matches what you are looking for. Here is a snapshot of our November reviews showcasing the wonderful hospitality B&B hosts continually show to their guests.

Corrigan Shore Guest House - Enniskillen

A wonderful guest retreat! Catherine was so sweet and welcoming... We had treats waiting, and she even carried my suitcase up the stairs for me... The room and bath were spotless and very inviting and comfortable. The location on the waterway is just beautiful, and if you are lucky, Nellie will greet you as you arrive! Breakfast was exceptional. Catherine had the cold foods ready with delicious homemade jams... and she cooked our breakfast requests to order... everything was just perfect! She also helped us with directions as we were meeting some family that evening for dinner. All in all, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay with all needs anticipated and filled... Thank you, Catherine, for making us feel so welcome!

Michaeleen's Manor  - Cong Connemara, Mayo

Omg there are too many good things to say. We stayed at 4 BandBs on our trip. This themed one was by far the best. From the moment we walked in our eyes met such wonderful homages to The Quiet Man. The attention to detail and beautiful interior were incredible. Wish we had stayed longer. Not sure a week’s stay would do it to see all the local treasures. I highly recommend this one of a kind BandB. Can’t wait to stay again.

Ave Maria Farmhouse - Aughris, Sligo

This b&b was wonderful. We were warmly greeted by daughter Jackie. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We had the privilege of getting a barn tour to see the 700 hundred cows being milked on a carousel holding 70 cows at a time. Padriag Jr. was very kind and informative about the farming business. Padraig Sr. was most hospitable giving us a visit later in the evening. Mary is a most gracious hostess. The food was amazing. Thank you to everyone we met for your kind generosity and welcoming into your lovely home. Blessings from Canada!!

The Castle Country House - Thurles, Tipperary

Exceptional!!! We stayed 2 nights at The Castle Country House and want to stay again. Pierce and Joan are wonderful, warm, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The rooms were cozy and clean, breakfast was excellent!! Pierce had some great advice, especially on driving and taught me how to just chill on those Irish roads, which totally helped me! Thank you, Pierce & Joan, for your warmth and hospitality. ♥️

Imeall Na Mara -  Dingle, Kerry

We loved Imeall Na Mara and Dingle. We came in late at dark and awoke to the beauty of nature. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing. Phil was a wealth of information and as kind as could be. She catered to our needs and we hope to be back soon and will recommend to our friends. We travelled the whole island and we will definitely come back to Dingle and Imeall Na Mara.

Mount Royd Country Home - Carrigans Near Derry, Donegal

It was easy to find. The home was warm and cosy. We stayed one night and we slept very well in a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Josephine and Charlie were a blessing to speak with. We would stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Coolakay House, Enniskerry, Wicklow

Yvonne was a very gracious host offering coffee and tea upon our arrival. We stayed three night and room was very modern clean and comfortable. Dining room was very clean and all food was very well prepared. We had to leave very early one morning before breakfast hours and Yvonne had us a continental breakfast set out that was more than adequate. She arranged rides for us and offered to provide transportation to a pub. Our stay was very pleasant and would definitely stay again. We were greeted with a smile and departed with a hug.
