Check out the best reviews from this September.

Woodlands, Connemara, Co. Galway

Barbara is a very warm and welcoming host of a fantastic B and B. Barbara’s home is within walking distance to the quaint village and is very comfortable and sparkling clean. The tasty Irish Breakfast that Barbara cooked was served with a smile and in a lovely dining room. It was fun to interact with Barbara and her guests-it felt more like a family meal! I will absolutely stay with Barbara again when I return to this area of Ireland.

The Castle Country House, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Keeping with the task of getting to the B&B early, we arrived at "The Castle" early and received recommendations from their son on where to go for sight seeing. We spent a lovely afternoon visiting the Rock of Cashel and St. Patrick's Cathedral and walking downtown in Tipperary!! When we came back, we were welcomed by Pierce, who gave us recommendations on restaurants for dinner. Very delicious and reasonable ! When we returned Pierce gave us a history lesson on the area. It was such a pleasure talking with Pierce! The room was fantastic. It was large and delightfully decorated, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was wonderful to say the least. We would definitely stay here again! They went above and beyond for our stay making us feel welcomed!

Mary was wonderful! She was our host for the first night and last night of our Irish adventures. Nice big room with a great view of the countryside! Breakfast was amazing with her homemade biscuits and Irish soda bread every morning. If we make it back to Ireland we will be stopping in again!

Oriel and Nicholas were wonderful hosts. Our daughters and my husband and I had a very nice stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts recommended a restaurant for dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed! The location of the B & B was so beautiful and peaceful! Highly recommend!

Ardfield Farmhouse, Cork City, Co. Cork

Loved our stay at Ardfield Farmhouse in August 2018. Bernadette was a conscientious hostess who made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She had excellent suggestions for restaurants and for nearby attractions. We had two of the best meals of our two-week vacation at restaurants she recommended. On the day we were leaving we told her we were headed to the Ring of Kerry. She said, "That's not where I would send you." So, I asked where she would send us. She recommended we go to Mizen Head Signal Station. We took her advice, and even though it impacted what we would eventually be able to do on the Ring of Kerry, we were glad we did!! Thanks, Bernadette! The breakfast she served was substantial and delicious. She had numerous options to suit everyone. We would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful view, excellent, accommodation, and pleasant accommodating hostess. What more could you want?

Kilcatten Lodge, Kinsale, Co. Cork

Stayed here for two nights with my two travel companions. This was the best B&B that we stayed during our entire trip. Noreen and Joe are naturally amazing hosts and their home is so comfortable, clean and quiet. The grounds and the views are beautiful and even their dogs, Coco and Luna were welcoming! They drove us to town each night so we could have wine at dinner and their restaurant recommendations were perfect! The two best restaurants during our whole trip just happened to be in Timoleague! Breakfasts here are the best, all locally sourced ingredients, and cooked to order. So thankful that we stayed here and would go back in a New York second. This is true Irish hospitality.
