Ann Campbell of Seashore Bed and Breakfast, located in the heart of the Sligo countryside was delighted to share her home with John and Sally McKenna, food producers, restaurateurs, artisans and overall mavericks in the world of Irish food. John and Sally travelled to ‘Yeats County’ to feature at this year’s SÓ Sligo Food Festival.

This Friday, Taoiseach Enda Kenny is set to reopen the doors of Lissadell House in County Sligo to the public after five years of legal dispute. Owners of the ancestral home, Eddie Walsh and Constance Cassidy have been influenced by their seven children and well wishers throughout the legal battle to pick up where they left off and continue their vision for the Estate.
