What happens after I sign up?

We've made the process very simple for you. Once you sign up, one of our team will begin the process of building your profile on our system. Then we will be in touch with you in the coming days to complete it. Once you're happy with how your B&B Ireland profile looks, we will send you an email with a link asking you to accept our Terms and Conditions. Then we will arrange telephone training which will equip you to manage your rates and availability through B&B Ireland.  Then sit back, relax and watch the bookings flow in.

No, you don't. We have created our own B&B Ireland Quality Approval Scheme which helps us ensure that you're B&B is up to standard for our guests. There is no extra cost to join through our Quality Approval Scheme. If your property is Failte Ireland Approved you don't have to apply for our approval scheme.

Do I have to provide a full Irish breakfast?

Yes. We promote the true Irish hospitality to the world and as part of that famous hospitality, our guests expect the option of a full Irish breakfast each morning.

Can I set my own rates and availability?

Yes. Members have access to their very own property management system with B&B Ireland which allows you to set your own rates and manage your availability. Our property management system also allows members to manage their rates and availability for other OTA's like Booking.com and Expedia.

When will my property go online?

We won't put your property live on our site until you are comfortable using our property management system. First, once you're all signed up and are happy with how your B&B Ireland profile looks, we will then provide training for you on how the system works and answer any queries you might have. Once you're ready, we will then set your property to appear live on our site.
