Ann is a very welcoming host. Treated us to tea and scones upon arrival. Spacious, immaculate room and bathroom with tub. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Quiet area away from the center of town but not far away. The only downside is we were not sure where to park as not to block others in as the driveway is long and narrow.

Ann was delightful! Our room and our bathroom were the largest of all the ones we stayed in. Her gardens are beautiful, and she is located close to town in Kinvara and near Galway and the highway that travels back to Dublin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Ann was lovely, and our room was much more spacious than in some other B&Bs (and also very clean). It was a short walk into town, which had a surprising number of restaurants and pubs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely, spacious room with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Enjoyed Kinvara so much that we managed to get lost for a few hours going the wrong way and actually ended back there where we started! Ann was most helpful in helping me locate my lost camera at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre. It was a joy to stay there.
