Co Down

Perfect for chocoholics and gardening enthusiasts, 1 Todd’s Hill is a stone built terrace house, the home of Norr & Brown handmade chocolates. Dating from the 1860s the house was constructed when the near by, famous Rowallane Gardens were created. 1 Todd’s Hill has recently been refurbished, including all modern facilities, but still retaining many of the original features and period decoration. Relax on our secluded roof terrace or watch the world go by on our street side veranda. Enjoy a full Irish breakfast prepared from local produce or choose from the other delicious healthy options on our menu. Saintfield, an historic village, is only 11 miles from Belfast, Downpatrick and Newtownards and has excellent public transport.

How to get here

From Belfast follow the direction to Downpatrick. The house is located mid way between Belfast and Downpatrick (11 miles) in Saintfield Village. Turn left at the traffic lights in Saintfield when coming from Belfast. This is Todds Hill.

Judy & Gerry Lethbridge

We have returned home from our trip to Ireland, all of which was beautiful and the weather was fantastic. We had planned to stay 1 night at Grace McCauley's in Dungloe but because of her wonderful personality, & her B&B facilities, we ended up staying 3 nights. We'd like you to know that she, personally went way beyond what would normally be expected in a B&B operation to make our stay most enjoyable, and she provides, what we considered many extras in her home for her customers. Her rooms were considerably better than most hotels. We'd highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for overnight accomodations
