We came for a friend's wedding and were very pleased in this comfortable and clean house with a wonderful view to the garden where we could spot horses. Pat and Marie welcomed us with a big smile, nice tips to discover the surrounds (Loghcrew). We came for 1 night stay but I regreted I didn't come for longer. Delicious breakfast was served in the morning, the twin bedroom was nice and clean with an ensuite and comfortable beds. Very nice indeed, higly recommended.

Fantastic 2 room B and B with large rooms, comfortable beds with choice of blankets, modern bathroom with fantastic walk in shower, just about anything you want for breakfast. Only 1k from Old Castle town which has ATM, super market and of course pubs. This B and B is well worth going out of your way to stay. Patrick and Maree are wonderful hosts.

This was a delightful stay with true Irish hospitality. Our stay started with tea with fresh cake as the brown bread for the morning was coming out of the oven. Marie and Pat were lovely hosts who were knowledgeable about local attractions and recommended restaurants. The room was ensuite and immaculate. Breakfast included an option for porridge with dollops of honey from Pat's own hives and a wee bit of Kilbeggan. We spent a wonderful evening talking with the hosts and other guests.

We stayed at Rockfield with the lovely Marie and Pat, the night before our friend's wedding in Clonabreany House. Marie and Pat made us feel really welcome and looked after us very well. We both got cooked breakfasts as well as cereal and fruit, homemade brownbread, juice and tea. We had an ensuite room, clean and warm with a strong shower, with lots of hot water. Extras were access to wifi and an iron! If we wanted to watch TV there was a living room to chill and relax and watch what we liked. They only rent out two rooms so there isn't lots of hustle and bustle. We can't recommend them enough. they were so helpful.
