Guests can also fish on serene Lough Gara, ride horses nearby and explore ancient Moygara Castle just 3km away.

January 2017 - Comfortable, large room, excellent breakfast. Jackie was an excellent resource for understanding contemporary Irish culture. Coleman Museum is near by and well worth a visit. Gurteen is small but with two good pubs for dinner.
